Computer is freezing when idling

Hey all,My computer freezes and becomes unresponsive after letting it idle. This typically happens if I boot up and leave it sit for 10-15 minutes. It does not freeze during games. Sometimes it is accompanied with a blue screen, but not always. I have ran memtest86, and there are no memory errors. I have disabled the pagefile. I have changed my SSD power saving settings to not turn off. I've ran stability tests in OCCT for my CPU + ram, and it ran the whole test no problem. The reliability center sometimes says Hardware Failure when I check it after a crash. (I don't know how to tell what hard
