Account hacked and email changed, how can I recover?

Hello, My other account has been hacked and I need help recovering it. I have tried all the recovery forms; however, they do not work since whoever has my account changed the email so the recovery forms do not recognize it and cannot help me out. Please I need my account back or at least need to cancel any ongoing subscriptions I have through the account. Thank you.
