I have an Inspiron 15 that claims it will not update to Windows 11. It has become extremely slow. I am trying to reset it to the latest version of Windows 10 and swipe everything in the process. It only will reset from the copy of Windows 10 on the SSD drive which is part of the problem.Should I factory reset it as if I were to be selling it? Will that get a fresh copy of Windows 10 from the cloud? My internet connection is fast and strong. Why would the Dell PC Windows 10 refuse to get a new copy of Windows 10 from the cloud?Is there a way to get it to ignore what type of SSD it has and
