Not able to log in my windows or reset my password

I have been using a Windows laptop without any issues logging in. However, after restarting the device on Friday, 27th September 2024, it now prompts me for a password, which I have forgotten. I am unable to reset the password or use a PIN. I also tried resetting the PC while keeping the data intact, but it asks for a recovery key. I followed the on-screen instructions to check for the recovery key ID, but no IDs are saved in the associated account. I need help accessing my laptop. I do have the BitLocker key ID if required. My goal is either to reset the password or reset the PC without losin
