I used a third party program to update three drivers, they were very obscure drivers I didn't recognize. The program created a restore point before installing these 3 drivers. I discovered there are certain web pages that I can't reach.... I get a Hmmm.. can't reach this page It looks like www.grc.com closed the connection Try: checking the connection checking the proxy and the firewall ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED I knew it had to be the drivers so I ran recovery and it didn't work, I dont believe I've ever run recovery from this PC that ever worked so I turned it off completely.
