Random white box shows up on screen

Hi,Over the past week I have been experiencing an issue where when I start my computer and start opening things such as file explorer, microsoft edge, or other applications I will get a "white box" that appears on my screen. I have noticed that this also started happening around the same time on my laptop as well (two completely isolated machines) and it will randomly go away when I close everything on my computer or if in some instances I open something.I am able to click on icons through the box (unable to see what I am clicking on) but the box is white but acts if it is not there. Any sugge
