Hard Driver preventing pc from booting

Hey i was away for 5 days and came back to my pc just not moving past the boot screen. You can't enter bios while stuck on it. It's like my screen is just frozen on it. I tried debugging and removing components one by one and found out that i's my Hard Drive causing this issue (Samsung 860 Evo SSD 1TB). I removed it and tried installing Windows on my other 3 Hard Drives and it just wouldn't work. I tried it with the Disk and the USB. There's no errors that come up just a frozen screen.
