How to I get the proper link to change a folder icon

I recently changed an icon I downloaded for a desktop folder. I wanted to change another one but now the browse option takes me to my download file instead. Where are the extra folder icons that usually appear there located so I can get them back?I'm on Windows 11 Pro.
