Strange printing issue with redirected printer

Hello,

 

a few days ago, a strange printing issue occured at our site. We have

an employee, who works on a WinXP Pro SP2 Workstation with a HP Color

LaserJet 2550 attached via USB. She is connected to a Windows Server

2003 via mstsc 6.0.6000. Until the error occured, she could print. But

since a few days ago, it is impossible to print from within the

terminal session. We reinstalled the drivers, and the printer appears

in the session, but it ist even impossible to print a testing site

from the printer dialog. The dialog only says, that it is impossible

to print.

We also tested the registry hack, described in KB302361.

 

Who could help me?
