keep getting ntkrnlmp.exe BSOD

Hello, i keep getting BSOD problem because of ntkrnlmp.exe the bsod happen randomly on low or high cpu& gpu load. everytime i check my dump file it keep telling ntkrnlmp.exe is the problemthe problem consist but not limited to:KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (1e) ATTEMPTED_EXECUTE_OF_NOEXECUTE_MEMORY (fc) IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUALthings i have tried:-using ddu for amd and nvidia graphic driver-sfc /scannow-changing the ram slot (testing each ram)-using memtest86-full scan for malware-reinstalling window is it driver issue like on the internet says or hardware issue?thank you
