I bought my Microsoft key back in 2020 but, recently, my microsoft apps are no longer working. I thought that maybe it's because I updated my laptop so now it's microsoft 11 but my apps still worked even then. They're appearing with no icons, and I can't click on them as well. I found the activation key I bought back in 2020 and used the same product key but it's not working anymore. Any tips?
