Cant reactivate windows after hardware change?

I recently changed my mother board and cpu. After the hardware change i wanted to reactivate windows but i could not,I tried choosing troubleshoot but the "i recently changed hardware" didn`t come up (i cant upload images for some reason)When i went to device manager in my browser i saw 2 devices one with my new motherboard and windows professional and one without a motherboard name and windows 10 professional.The names of the devices were the same but the os build numbers were different.I would like to somehow switch the windows 10 pro to my new device (wich is still the same computer but dif
