My microphone shows up as a usb device in device manager

I have a HyperX Quadcast, and i reset my pc completely last night, this morning when booting up i realised my pc doesent recgonise my microphone, so i went into the device manager and it shows up as a serial bus usb.. how do i fix this? i tried everything.
