windows 11 Background image displaying on all monitors even though I have set it to display on a specific monitor.

I work from a ThinkPad and have it docked. There are two monitors that are hooked to the docking station. I use all three monitors on the daily.I used to be able to have a different picture displayed on each monitor. But now all of a sudden when I select a picture for a specific monitor it will set it for all three. I have restarted my laptop, checked for update, reseated all the cables. I do use this laptop with some portable monitors when I'm traveling but that has never affected it before. I do have the option selected to remember window display settings but not had problems before. I have
