Pinnacle Studio 26 always shows as "Offline" when I run it.All executables pertaining to the software have been allowed through the firewall and none of these are showing as "blocked" The technical support from Pinnacle told me they cannot reproduce the error on their end.However, thre are entries in the firewall log that show dropped packets to 52.205.202.117 yet I have no information regarding the process for this, instead, TinyWall shows it as "System" (ntoskernel) and using the ICMP protocolI have even set rules on Windows Firewall to allow ALL programs and all ports to allow ICMP connecti
