News and Interests problem

Hello, I need some quick help. Recently I've been seeing News and Interests popping up on my task manager. I have it disabled and I even checked on it via regedit and it was set to 2 which should disable it. The process tree had different webviews2's under it and a Search Application. I renamed the msedgewebview2 to something else, so it couldn't pop up anymore and it didn't. (I don't use ms edge or any other program that requires it so I thought it would be okay) However, the News and Interests thing keeps popping up even after I end it on my task manager. Is there a way to fix this?
