I got this laptop from a pawn shop, it was in good condition and was a little over a year old. However, recently I needed my camera for a Zoom call and it didn't work. When I say it didn't work, it just showed me a black screen, I tried going through settings, to no avail. I also checked the camera app and there was no error message, it only displayed a black screen. The camera also looks unobstructed so I have no idea what is happening.(I didn't know what topic to list this under)
