Can't get rid of the defaultuser0

Hey Windows Support,I currently set up my new Computer and somehow a User called "defaultuser0" was still on my pc after the installation. I can't log in to the account because there is a passwort set I don't know and didn't set for myself.When I log in into my computer, it always is right at "defaultuser0" and says that the account is locked. I need to manually switch to my account to log in to windows.I tryd googling my problem and so far these things here didn't work (sry if the words are not correct, I translate them from german but I hope you get the idea):1. windows+x -> system ->
