Guest Scott Posted October 9, 2008 Posted October 9, 2008 On Server 2003 R2 SP2 we are running disk quotas with warnings to users at 85%. The email warnings which are sent to users are very confusing because, rather than having a header that emphasizes that they are approaching their quota, the report has the following header and subject: Duplicate Files Report Generated in response to a quota 85% threshold exceeded notification on 'E:\Users\Jonesj'. Generated at: 10/9/2008 10:40:51 AM Report Description: Lists files that appear to be duplicates (files with same name, size and last modified time). Use this report to quickly identify and reclaim disk space wasted because of duplication. Is there any way to modify the contents of the headers and description so that they more closely meet our needs to inform users as to the purpose of the warning?
