Random disk usage and 100% CPU usage

Today I installed Windows 11 24H2 and it works very well. I noticed that after starting the laptop, the system randomly starts to perform some task for no reason, so the disk is sometimes used up to 100%. However, when I close a process in the task manager, the processor usage reaches 100% for a fraction of a second (it is not noticeable during use, but it only shows in the task manager). I thought that 24H2 would fix it, but unfortunately nothing. Windows 11 24H2: 26100.1882 Cumulative update from September 30 (KB5043178) Laptop: HP Pavilion Gaming 15
