Command Prompt missing

Ok I'm not explaining why but my cmd.exe was renamed to utilman.exe and utilman.exe to utilman3.exe ... It was fine and working but I did a windows update and now utilman.exe is actually utilman and utilman3.exe is also utilman and command prompt is gone. Am I screwed?? I have tried going into Windows recovery and trying to fix and i see cmd.exe is still there but only utilman.exe not utilman3.exe
