I’m trying to help my brother get into his laptop, but he’s forgotten his PIN, doesn’t have his recovery key and has lost access to his Microsoft account. I’ve tried to reset the laptop back to factory settings but need the recovery key, I’ve tried to install a clean copy of Windows 11 by creating a bootable USB drive but when I try to install it, it says the drives required are missing. I’ve tried going into the command prompts to clean the drive and created a new bootable USB in case it was corrupt, but nothing is working. Is there anything else I can try? I have spent days trying everything
