After new win 11 update my pc can't connect to ethernet

So yesterday I installed the new update and now my ethernet isn't working.. I already tried network reset and the netsh/ipconfig commands (yes in administrator cmd)Already tried to uninstall the update and still nothing.. Another thing is.. my start button throws a critical error at me now.. and I can't open it..I tried to run sfc /scannow but that didnt find any violations so I am at a loss..Also tried safe mode but still no connection (all tho i don't know if there should be any in safe mode)And yes I also tried to restart my router and all of that.. Also my wifi is working so it can't be an
