User profile cannot be loaded. How do i fix it?

Im trying to sell my desktop pc and i am having trouble wiping it. I did wipe the files, however my account is still connected to that software for some reason and i tried to log back in and it said user profile cannot be loaded, so i searched it up and it said to start it in safe mode but i tried that and it just goes to a white screen every time. Im not sure what to do please help.
