BSOD while downloading games from the epic games launcher

i built my pc recently and when i try to download heavy games like borderlands 3 and ark survival evolved my pc freezes and i get a BSOD with these errors being the most common:CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIEDSYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTIONUNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTIONDPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION after the bsod i get booted into motherboard biosAnd the crash only happens during the “verifying” phase when it reaches 50-70% Note that steam works just fine when i downloaded heavy games like black myth wukong
