I have used event viewer to get the following error logs. I am getting two major error events in the log at about the time at which the laptop pc had given blue screen. 1. Error event log one is as below: Event Type: Error Event Source: System Error Event Category: (102) Event ID: 1003 Date: 2008-10-10 Time: 00:06 User: N/A Computer: DYCPLE-I Description: Error code 1000000a, parameter1 e1bd6eb0, parameter2 0000001c, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 804faf41.
