I have been unable to log into Copilot for four days. Before I could use both accounts, institutional and personal; then only the personal one and now neither, even though I unlinked the institutional account and even unlinked it from my PC. I still get this message even when logging in with the personal account. I thought it was because I had the app on my phone, but I still unlinked the institutional account in the app. I can only use Copilot on my phone. What can I do?
