Peter Let be clear and honest about this, since you admitted you know nothing about this Stuff I recomend you take the machine to your local repair shop for them to fix it for you. Your issue can heat related, software related or Bad Drivers and infestation/viral infection. So, safe side and ease of mind take it to the local tech! HTH, nass --- http://www.nasstec.co.uk

What Returnil does is make a phantom drive and when you are running the system, everything is saved and written to that phantom drive. When you reboot the system, changes that you have made are lost. Depending on which application you are using for this, your options vary. in the case of Returnil, I simply have moved my 'My Documents' directory to the 'D:' drive. So files saved there are not lost when I reboot. Sincerely, C.Joseph Drayton, Ph.D. AS&T CSD Computer Services Web site: http://csdcs.itgo.com/ E-mail: cjoseph@csdcs.itgo.com
