Question - Does safe mode with command prompt (F6) boot you automatically showing the command prompt (CMD)?

Hi guys, I want to boot into Safe Mode with Command Prompt to do some troubleshooting work and enable the admin account since I can’t login for some reason (I have the password) and I was wondering if booting into Safe Mode with Command Prompt (F6) will show you command prompt automatically after boot-up, it’s just a question, so any answers would help.
