why i can't receive 24h2 update!

HiStill, i can't receive the 24h2 update for my HP Elitebook G9!I downloaded the ISO file, put it in USB...Also, I tried Windows Assistant...Both show me an error message: We couldn't update the system reserved partitionCould you please help me?
