Windows 11 Time Settings: "Time synchronization failed. Please check network connectivity and retry". Tried everything and still facing this issue.

The time settings on my Surface Laptop Studio running Windows 11 v24H2 are severely messed up. My settings were already configured to automatically set timezone and time. The timezone is always automatically set correctly but the time for the timezone is always off by +1hr. This issue has happened as I have travelled across multiple timezones this past week. On top of this, I am unable to sync with any internet time server to help correct the time for the timezone. Anytime I try to sync it fails with the error "Time synchronization failed. Please check network connectivity and retry". If I go
