CTRL ALT WIN and F10 keys not working

As the topic title says, my CTRL WIN ALT and F10 keys are not working. I've restated my computer, tried a different keyboard, the CMD line method that was recommend in other keyboard related issues on here, uninstalling and reinstalling my keyboard drivers but none of it worked, and when I use an online keyboard it reads those keys as left mouse clicks (see image attached).System Info:Edition Windows 10 HomeVersion 22H2Installed on ‎1/‎18/‎2023OS build 19045.4894Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19060.1000.0Processor AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 16-Core Processor 3.40 GHzInst
