External SSD disconnecting

Hello,I have had a Samsung T7 1TB External SSD for the last two years, and over that time it has had a consistent issue of disconnecting when gaming. Usually on loading screens for games, the drive will disconnect, then either make the sound that a drive has reconnected but not actually reconnect, or will stay disconnected. Sometimes it will also crash Windows Explorer until I unplug the drive from the USB port.I have looked at a number of forum posts and tried the following:- Plugged the hard drive into different USB ports (3x USB 3.0, 1x USB-C)- Used different cables to connect to PC- Run co
