hi guys ive just put my gpu back in after my pc was shutting down every 10 seconds ive sort of fixed that, but now my gpu fan is at the maximum speed by the sound of it an theres no display

Well apparently not. :) There can be a number of causes from simply not seating the GPU properly when it was reinstalled to a complete failure of the card. I am assuming that when you opened the case there was no visible dust or foreign material that could have been interfering with the card or causing the machine to overheat. It could also be that the initial problem was not actually caused by the GPU and that you may have a heat (or other) issue with the CPU or a fault in the motherboard or even a RAM issue.

 

Does you computer have onboard graphics as well? If so what happens when you remove the GPU completely and attach your monitor to the onboard graphics?

well ive got a other problem now. when i take out my 4x4 cpu pins connected to my psu the gpu makes the loud fast speed noises and no display, but when the 4x4 pins are connected the gpu goes to normal speed, but my pc only stays on for 10 seconds
