When I open a photo in the Windows 10 Photos app, the File Name only displays about 42 characters. How do I increase this number?

When I open a photo in the Windows 10 Photos app, the File Name only displays about 42 characters. How do I increase this number?When I open a photo in the Windows Photo Viewer app, the File Name displays upwards of 125 characters.
