Internet slow on PC but not on other devices

I recently moved to a new house and we have very fast internet, it's around 200mbps. I've done a speed test on my phone and it seems to be fast on there, but when I do a speed test on my computer, it says only 5mbps. Sometimes the internet slows down all the way to 0.1mbps and sometimes it simply doesn't work at all. All of my other devices work fine and have no issues. I've looked it up but I can't find any solutions that work. Is there any way to fix this?
