How to use fraps and aduicty at the same time help!

Being two separate programs I don't know of any way to synchronise startup of both together, however Audacity being an editable recording, I suggest starting that first, then Fraps, once recording is finished and before you combine the two, edit out or delete the unused section at the start in Audacity.
