Cant Update Windows 11 - CSI Payload Corrupt. Repair failed: Missing replacement payload.

Hi, i cant update my Windows 11. It stuck on 22000.434. I found a lot of solutions and nothing fix my windows to update to the newer version. I found this task - Fix Windows Update corruptions and installation failuresI run DISM, download 2 KBs compared to my build and unpacked by PowerShell. Next i look to CBS.log and only 1 file is corrupted (p) CSI Payload Corrupt (n) amd64_netfx4clientcorecomp.resources_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.15840.3_pl-pl_75a8efd7c00bdbe5\vbc7ui.dll 2024-10-07 13:04:19, Info CBS Repair failed: Missing replacement payload. I cant find this KB to dow
