Dear Microsoft communityI recently purchased a laptop pre-installed whith Windows 11 home Single Language in chinese. I plan to upgrade it to Windows 11 pro. I would like to khow:Language issue：After Upgrading to Windows 11 pro, will the restriction on using other languages be lifted, allowing me to change the system lnaguage to my preferred one?License: Will the Windows 11 pro License be permantly tide to my device after the upgrade, or can i tranfer it to another device？in other words，if I change my laptop, can i still use this license?Thank you for assistance.
