Why did bluetooth just completely disappear from my pc?

When my USB ports suddenly stopped working, i restarted my PC, only for my bluetooth to completely disappear right after. Here's all the things I tried from those indian support videos on youtube:-Restart my PC (have done that maybe 6 times by now)-try to enable it via quick actions (wasn't there)-try to enable it via settings (the switch was gone)-Troubleshoot bluetooth (it claims ive never had bluetooth in the first place)-Try to restart it via services (gives a vague error when I click APPLY, and turns itself off again)-Open it manually via fsquirt.exe (this doesn't seem to do anything rela
