After Reset of PC Windows security is showing blank screen

Messed around with some windows processes trying to free up RAM, and after a restart my windows pin wasn't recognized. I tried numerous fixes online, but it didn't work so I reset my PC and was finally able to login.On the new windows, I am unable to access windows security as it remains blank or am being shown the following message: Page not available Your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app, and the item you tried to access is not available. Contact IT helpdesk for more information.I have tried numerous fixes, from tampering with registry, to group policy editor, I
