So this problem started a week ago when my microphone (hyperx quadcast) sound quality dropped. Before I fixed it through the control panel, device manager, and anything to do with sound or devices. When I tried to do the same it didn't fix it at all. I have it plugged into my laptop so I'm not sure why it would differ from my PC because it works fine on there but on the computer completely 180. I'm just not sure what to try now. I've looked at videos that all had the same stuff but nothing worked.
