Minecraft or Windows is not installing no matter what i do

My Minecraft bedrock was acting odd so i uninstalled it then tried to re-install it, but couldn't i ran into problems. I tried downloading it from the Launcher and it would stay on 0b/1b downloading for hours. So i reinstalled my Launcher and same problem. I tried to download it from Microsoft Store and it still didn't download past 0. I tried on the Xbox app it still wasn't downloading it gave me an error message ( 0x87e00005) I tried resetting the apps (Store, Launcher, and Xbox,) I did the PowerShell method. When i tried again on the Store it said something happened on our end. I checked my
