Guest Matthew Millers Posted October 10, 2008 Posted October 10, 2008 Hi, I suspect that the IPv6 adaptors are affecting one of our clients Exchange RPC-HTTP. I have uninstalled IPv6 but the following interfaces are still being displayed: Tunnel adapter 6to4 Tunneling Pseudo-Interface Tunnel adapter Automatic Tunneling Pseudo-Interface If I run the command "netsh interface ipv6 show interface", it returns "IPv6 is not installed" Any ideas how I can force remove these interfaces? Thanks Matthew

Guest Matthew Millers Posted October 10, 2008 Posted October 10, 2008 Re: Windows 2003 SP2 - removed IPv6 still showing pseudo adaptors Hi, Rebooted immediately after and they still appear. I was thinking of installing IPv6 again, removing the interfaces via netsh and then removing the protocol. Will see how that goes. Guest Matthew Millers Posted October 12, 2008 Posted October 12, 2008 Re: Windows 2003 SP2 - removed IPv6 still showing pseudo adaptors I uninstalled the protocol via control panel>network, this did not delete the psuedo interfaces. Guest Matthew Millers Posted October 16, 2008 Posted October 16, 2008 Re: Windows 2003 SP2 - removed IPv6 still showing pseudo adaptors I ended up booting into safe mode,, installing/removing the IPv6 protocol, came back into the OS proper and the pseudo interfaces were gone. RPC-HTTP is working for them now as well. Thanks.
