Bit locker key is not working

Hi,Recently replaced my laptop's motherboard, in first boot it asked for the bit locker key.My organisation IT helped me on this and logged into laptop. Then when I tried to use office apps like teams, outlook, word, etc.. I was not able to login. Got below message."You cannot access right now" Then I restarted, it again asked for bit locker key. That time the key which I received from my organisation was not working. Also it's recover id changed.My organisation IT was unable to generate key for the new recovery id. They are getting not match found message.IT is saying need to reimage laptop,
