How can I make rendering go faster?

So I have adobe preimeire when I save my prject and open it up in Media encorder what is the best and fastest rendering opetion format? they always take a hour on the others.

Why exactly are you running a completed project through an encoder? I have not fully understood the purpose of those and what exactly it does any way. Help me on that and I may be able to help you find either a better way or quicker, but bear in mind all processing takes time.

Because if you render it in Premiere for some reason it makes a file with the video file and the sound file and it's *********for some reason, It's 6 and 2 3's really.
