Error code: 0xc0000185 and 0xc0000001 after installing update.

I have recently installed a new windows version after not installing an update in a bit over a year out of laziness and when I update it it blue screened, restarted, and gave me the error code 0xc0000001. I thought it was weird so i restarted it and than it gave me a screen saying undoing past changes to your device. After that it gave a blue screened and got stuck in a loop of that screen, blue screen, and error code 0xc0000001. How do I fix this and is my PC recoverable?
