I recently bought a Logitech G335 headset for want of a better microphone. When I plug them in, it only refers to the headset as "headphones". I know that there is a way to change the identification to "headset" however when I tried to do this no options came up. It outputs audio just fine however for some reason the microphone is not picked up by windows. I wondered if it was my Realtek Drivers causing this problem and so I deleted them and reinstalled them and this seemed to work. However, I have to do this every time I turn my laptop on and when I tried it today it did not change anything.
