NVIDIA Drivers seem to be working for one game

For context I was playing rainbow six siege on a 1070ti and was getting around 150fps. I then bought a 4060ti and I’m now getting 30-60fps.I’ve fully reset windows, reinstalled nvidia drivers. I’ve also tried previous versions.It seems like after I restart my pc after reinstalling the drivers I will get 200fps (still lower than what it should be) for one game and then the next game will be back to 30fps).Any ideas?
