I'm using a Lenovo 300e TouchScreen, Win 10 Pro and trying to connect to an Acer v176l. The only way to make the monitor work is selecting 1280 x 768 resolution and it's only able to duplicate, or display external only. Extending the monitor doesn't work on any resolution. I'm using a UGreen HDMI to VGA Converter with Audio. The manual says it's supposed to work with a resolution up to 1920 x 1080 / 60Hz. I even tried plugging the micro-USB input (because apparently this laptop is somehow considered a low-power Chromebook)Is there any setting I'm missing?
